By accessing or using the Ampl platform ("Service"), including the website at tryampl.com and the application at app.tryampl.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ampl ("we," "our," or "us").
Ampl is an advertising platform that enables artists, podcasters, streamers, promoters, and other creators to compile ad campaigns, launch them on Meta Platforms (Instagram and Facebook), and track performance. The Service includes AI-powered creative generation, campaign management, smart link creation, and analytics tools.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including artwork, images, and creative materials ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service, including:
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property or publicity rights of any third party.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, specifically Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms, developer policies, and advertising guidelines of those platforms.
Important Liability Waiver:Ampl is an independent campaign builder utility. We have no control over Meta's automated ad approval systems, policy enforcement, or delivery performance. Accordingly, you agree that:
The Service, including its design, features, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Ampl and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our express written permission.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any specific advertising results, conversions, or follower growth will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ampl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ampl and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your Meta ad campaigns, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, arbitration, and indemnification shall survive termination.
Please read this section carefully, as it affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms that are not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
